You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories

Items that are damaged, worn, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
    We cover the return shipping cost.

  • If returning due to personal preference (wrong size, changed mind, etc.):
    The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Prefer another size, color, or product? No problem — we’re happy to help arrange an exchange. Simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at tnc.2025@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Carefully repackage the item in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team and send your item back.


Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products may be marked as final sale or non-returnable due to hygiene or safety standards. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
